Prior to joining McKinsey, Mr. Santhanam worked as a Technical Manager at Taconic (a PCB/ceramics manufacturer), Petersburgh, NY. Prior to Taconic, he worked as a manufacturing engineer at Arlon (also a PCB/ceramics manufacturer) in their Bear, DE facility.
Mr. Santhanam has a M.S. in Chemical Engineering from University of Illinois and an M.B.A. in Strategic management and Finance from the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania. He graduated as a Ford and Palmer scholar from Wharton.
