Attend a two day course at Albany Nanotech in IC Fabrication and Yield Control on October 10th & 11th, 2006 taught by Dr. Ernest Levine, an expert in Microelectronic Chip Fabrication.

The University at Albany College of Nanoscale Sciences and Engineering would like to invite you to participate in a course in "Integrated Circuit Manufacturing Technology and Yield Control". The course, taught October 10th and 11th, 2006 leverages Dr. Levine's 25 years of manufacturing experience at IBM and utilizes a fresh approach blending the details of the step by step build sequence with micrographs and explanations of defects and problems encountered during the build as well as future changes expected in build structures.

Taught at a level that encompasses non-engineers, engineers, technicians, and executives, all we ask you to bring to the course is a desire to learn. Perfect for those already in the business who need more information to deal with their customers or those who have to make informed decisions about this critical area. Consider joining us in our class of 35 for this updated version of IC Fabrication that will discuss many aspects of build not yet in manufacturing today. Note: Tuition is $975 for the two days and includes lunch, notes and CD of the course. Note: Course can also be taught at your place of business. Call for details.

Course Comments: -Michael Danylchuk, Sales Manager, Soitec

1. Just the right length! It remained lively and entertaining throughout but still taught the subject. 2. The class had a nice flow. From start to finish I felt like I always knew where we were heading with no unnecessary jumping around. 3. Repetition of key points/subjects really helped me get a better grasp of the overall subject." -Scott Thomas, Electronics Engineer, Defense Supply Center
